Choose the smallest useful phrase

Select enough words to express the meaning, but avoid taking a whole paragraph. A compact phrase gives the translator context without making the result difficult to scan.

Read it against the sentence

Trigger Stickly deliberately, then compare the result with the original sentence. Include the words that define the phrase, not every word on the screen.

Save the useful learning unit

If you are learning one word inside the phrase, translate and save that word separately after checking the phrase. Your vocabulary list stays more focused, while the surrounding context can still support recall.
